    What makes us different

    We do not have a salary, but rather clients who pay for our services.

    A network company

    In Inusual we do not have employees, we are all associated partners in different degrees of relationship. The ‘Core Partners’ are part of the central team that organizes and manages all the work, they are something like the owners of the same law firm.  Business Partners are part of our network and participate in specialized projects.   We all share purpose, vision, values, behavior, and methodology.

    When was the company born

    The Inusual project was born in 1997 as a collaborative project as a result of a group of students and professors at the Autonomous University of Barcelona who agreed to create a mailing list to share learning about the innovations that emerged from the emergence of the Internet and interactivity in the business world. In 2014 the project matured as a company and since then we have been providing services to clients around the world.

    What is our purpose

    At Inusual we exist to prepare people and organizations from the inside out to reach their full potential. We want to humanize organizations by turning reactive people into creative leaders who influence positive change wherever they are.

    What we are doing to achieve our vision

    We work with large companies to help them create an innovative culture through their leaders. Many managers and executives are aware that they need to lead their teams differently, but they don’t know exactly how to do it. That’s why we help them through Innovative Leadership Development programs, Executive Coaching sessions, and Innovative Teams.
