What is ONLIFE? *
The ONLIFE format combines live and deferred online training and coaching sessions throughout the program. The advantage of this modality is that you decide the level of intensity you want in the program, for a year you can accelerate or slow down, according to your specific needs. Nobody pushes you, but we are watching you, we adapt to your pace of life and you decide how to 'climb your mountain'.
Do I need leadership experience to take this certification?
No, this certification is designed both for experienced leaders looking for new perspectives and techniques, and for those who aspire to leadership roles and want to develop their skills in this area.
How long does it take to complete the entire INUSUAL MBA program?
The time may vary depending on your pace of study and availability, but on average, most of our participants complete the certification in a period of 12 to 36 months. In fact, you can choose between three different rates of progress. See the informational guide for more details.
What type of content does the INUSUAL MBA cover?
This program covers a wide range of topics, including personal leadership, leadership of high-performance teams, and leadership of extraordinary organizations. All focused on how you can become the leader that everyone would want to have on their side working.
Can I take the Certification in Innovative Leadership without committing to the full INUSUAL MBA?
Yes, you can enroll in the Certification that interests you most independently. However, to obtain the INUSUAL MBA, you must complete all three certifications: Innovative Leadership, Innovative Teams, and Innovative Organizations.
How is the program carried out? Is it completely online?
The training is carried out through a combination of online sessions, and is open to face-to-face meetings, mentoring and practical activities. We believe in the importance of blended learning (we call it ONLIFE*) for a complete and effective integration experience.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of the program?
Yes, at the end of the program you will receive a Certification for each program you take and a final one that will accredit you as an INUSUAL MBA. You can integrate the four credentials into your professional LinkedIn profile as an authenticated accreditation. This demonstrates your commitment to your personal and professional development, and validates your innovative leadership skills.
What is the accrediting value of the INUSUAL Certification?
The INUSUAL Certification provides an important differential value in terms of rigor, international reputation, transversality and practical knowledge.
