- Do I need previous leadership experience?
- Not necessarily. It is designed both for experienced leaders looking for new perspectives and for those who aspire to lead and want to truly prepare.
- How long does it last?
- Each cycle calls for between three and six months, with flexibility of up to a year per cycle. The complete program, with its three certifications, up to three years. You set the pace.
- Can I take a single cycle?
- Yes: you can start with Cycle 1 and get certified in Unusual Leadership. The MBA INUSUAL degree comes when you complete all three certifications.
- Is it all online?
- The main modality is 100% Onlife*: live sessions, with their archive, and interactive activities. There are hybrid and intensive in-person modalities, with workshops in Barcelona, subject to availability: when the list fills up, they open.
- What investment does it involve?
