A school ofbusiness leaders.
Executive education creates managers. Executive re-education awakens leaders.
01The origin
«We used to send executives to the best business schools in the world. They came back knowing more about leadership, but they were still the same. And if the leader doesn’t change, nothing changes.»Pere Rosales · Founder of INUSUAL
INUSUAL was not born from a theory, but from a confession. The person who created this school made first the mistakes he now teaches others to avoid. That’s why we don’t speak from the podium, but from the mirror.
That honesty is our raw material. A leader doesn’t change because someone agrees with them; they change when someone accompanies them in seeing themselves. That’s where it all began: a school that invites leaders to transform while they lead.
More than a quarter of a century training leaders.
INUSUAL is born from a group of students at the Autonomous University of Barcelona who create a community of practice focused on innovation and leadership.
INUSUAL School is legally incorporated and operates as a boutique transformation consultancy, accompanying large organizations.
The decisive turn toward executive re-education. Today, a Community of Practice of more than 3,000 leaders, with clients such as AXA, Inditex, Sanofi and Roche.
03What we stand for
We accompany those who dare to unlearn what no longer works and to relearn how to lead, so that their organizations become more conscious, more human and more capable.
- We don’t have students, but participants.
- We don’t have teachers, but facilitators.
- We don’t train. We transform.
- We don’t make more leaders, but better leaders.
We work with the methodologies that have proven their effectiveness —The Leadership Circle, Barrett, the Inner Development Goals— in dialogue with the great business schools (Harvard, MIT, IESE, Esade) and with John Maxwell’s team. We don’t compete with them: we complement them with a deeper, more ethical and more human perspective.
More than 3,000 leaders, connected.
INUSUAL is not just a school —nor just a platform—: it is a community of practice and learning. More than 3,000 leaders, from different sectors and countries, accompany one another every day in the Club and also meet in person, to train, share and grow together. Because no one grows alone.
